Nod Sleepwear Return and Exchange Policy

At Nod, we want you to love your sleepwear as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure you have the best shopping experience.


Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return & Exchange Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any items.


Free Returns & Exchanges:

All returns and exchanges are free of charge.

Condition of Items: Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

1. Click here to submit a return.
2. Enter your order number and email above, then indicate whether you want to return or exchange your item.
3. Receive a Return Label: We will email you a prepaid shipping label for your return.
4. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office.
5. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or send your exchange as requested.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping is through Canada Post only.


Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.


Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please specify your request when initiating the return process. We will ship the new item to you free of charge once we receive the original item.

2. Receive a Return Label: We will email you a prepaid shipping label for your return.

3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office or shipping carrier location.

4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or send your exchange as requested.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS can not deliver to PO Boxes. Please choose alternate address.


Non-Returnable Items:

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

International Returns & Exchanges

For customers outside Canada, returns and exchanges are subject to the same 30-day policy. However, please note that duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply based on location.
